        Karmøy municipality shall construct 2 new sports halls at Åkra. The project includes, amongst other things, the following:

        — Engineering design and construction of 2 sports halls. Each sports hall shall have a sports activity area of 25 m x 45 m. Total gross area: approx. 4.300 m2,

        — Engineering design and development of a parking area and a living street,

        — Removing domestic buildings Slettebølgvegen 26. 4270 Åkrehamn,

        — Demolition and reconstruction of the current Åkra Sports hall.

        The project shall be carried out as a partnering contract.
